The mission of American CNG Energy is to help America by making natural gas readily available for commercial and public use in vehicles. American CNG Energy's team is comprised of industry, construction, engineering and entrepreneurial experts who work directly with the leading natural gas companies to seek out opportunities for building successful natural gas fueling stations. Vehicle manufacturers and fleet operators are pursuing natural gas vehicles in the US markets to reduce carbon emissions and environmental impacts while providing a cost-effective alternative to foreign crude oil.

The American transportation sector is rapidly converting from foreign-dependent diesel fuel to clean burning, American natural gas, which dramatically reduces emissions and significantly reduces fuel costs.

Given the cost effectiveness of natural gas, its environmental friendliness and its abundance as an American natural resource, natural gas is the best candidate for alternatives to gasoline and diesel for the motor vehicle market.

Innovations in technology, and clear evidence of an abundant domestic supply of natural gas, have lead to growth in the natural gas auto industry and  have created a significant opportunity to invest in cleaner domestic energy production

In the case of a release, CNG disperses rapidly upwards and dissipates, unlike its counterparts which pool on the ground, creating a fire hazard. CNG  gives  little to no emissions during the refueling process.

Domestic Product

The United States has a high dependency on foreign oil, importing more than 60% of oil we use for transportation means. We have an extensive supply of domestic natural gas and have the opportunity to migrate away from an oil based economy.

               Environmentally Friendly
Compressed Natural Gas burns cleaner and helps reduce emissions compared to diesel.
CNG can reduces greenhouse emissions by almost 70%.

Policy makers have been pushing for stricter regulations that create environmentally friendly and sustainable energy sources. The Environmental Protection Agency is requiring all fuels and vehicle types to meet increasingly lower, near zero thresholds for tailpipe emissions of air pollutants.
Natural Gas is more price stable and affordable than diesel or gasoline.
